Philips M3865 Replacement Battery - Lithium 1300 mah

Amco International Manufacturing & Design, Inc (Amco) warrants to the original end user, the 5L318 replacement
battery to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This battery is warranted for a shelf life of Four (4) years from
the date of original shipment to the original end user. The 5L318 warranty is altered once installed in a unit to one (1)
year of standby time or 100 shocks, whichever is reached first, from the date of installation into a Philips AED. Under no
circumstances will the warranty exceed 4 years.

This warranty is VOID if:
This warranty does not cover defects or damages of any sort resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to
our facility, any alterations to the product, improper use, abuse, neglect, fire, flood, war or acts of God. Any
alterations to the product case will void the warranty.

If your Amco 5L318 contains defects in material or workmanship, and is within the warranty period, please contact your
sales representative to have an RMA issued for your return. Amco Intl Manufacturing & Design, at its sole discretion,
will repair or replace your 5L318. The repaired or replaced unit will be warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period, provided the warranty period has not expired.

Amco International Manufacturing & Design, Inc Warranty Limits
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of and specifically excludes and replaces all other express or implied warranties. No
representative, dealer or distributor is authorized to make representation or warranty concerning Amco products,
except those expressed in this limited warranty. Your remedy with respect to any and all losses or damages resulting
from any cause whatsoever shall be specified above. Amco shall in no event be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages of any kind, including but not limited to, loss of profits, personal injury, commercial loss or exemplary
damages.
